Hitoshi Oi visited the Computer Science Department of CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y DE ESTUDIOS AVANZADOS DEL IPN (CINVESTAV) in Mexico City, Mexico.
He introduced Aizu to the faculty members and gave a lecture to both faculty and graduate students*.
* CINVESTAV has only graduate programs.
